Every student pursuing a professional course will dream of being placed in a good position after completion of his/her graduation/ post- graduation. The fully fledged training and placement division provided by MFT assumes responsibility for converting students dream into reality. The placement cell develops a relationship with prevailing industries to assist students in final placement. MFT does assist in Internships, part-time, seasonal or temporary positions- Some of which eventually lead to full-time employment upon graduation. Additional services include guiding the students for preparing resume, arranging for interviews, one – on – one and in group seminars. It also helps students in career advancement and growth by informing them about the needs in the industry. To summarise, MFT believes that the entire placement exercise is a joint venture between the Institute and the students. Thus MFTs Job fairs, Career Expos, and on – Campus recruitment offer many opportunities for developing important industry relationships.
