Department of Fashion Technology
Apparel Fashion Design is a comprehensive programme containing creative Apparel Design, Garment making and prototyping skills with market projections and trend analysis. MFT’s focused curriculum integrates creative and leadership skills to develop graduates for the global industries of fashion, visual arts and entertainment. In addition to these skills, MFT graduates are imbibed with values like making an ethical choice, demonstrating an awareness of cultural diversity, communicating effectively, thinking critically, and updating knowledge essential to their profession. The department is provided with a vast area and equipped with necessary facilities for pattern making, stitching, and drawing sessions. A number of Mannequins are an added strength for the department of Fashion for draping session. The students are trained by our experienced faculties. Department of Information Technology
MFT has excellent facilities to support the Information Technology department. The IT department has the latest software and hardware in laboratory for hands on training which has been interwoven into the study program to help students attain a high degree of proficiency in order to meet the demands of the IT industry. The Lab is fully equipped with the most modern structured cabling using AT&T CAT-5 cables, synoptic 10 Base T Hubs and computers with the highest configuration. Students will use the latest CAD system of Rich peace for 3D. University training is also given for them by experienced faculties. We would like to specify few of our faculty members.
